Q: I have booked the 8-day trip from Sarajevo airport. How does the transfer work?
A: Our Ski Sarajevo Representative will meet you in Arrivals at Sarajevo airport and will be holding a SKI SARAJEVO sign.
Q: What is the deal with accommodation?
A: Accommodation is based on multi-share rooms (usually 3 – 4 bed rooms). You can pay a private room supplement of £5 per person per night to get a private twin or double room for 2 people – let us know in advance if you prefer this.
Q: What meals are included?
A: Breakfast and dinner is included. Bosnian breakfast usually consists of pastries, yoghurt, juice, cheese, bread plus tea/coffee. Dinner is a buffet with vegetarian options.
Q: What time do the ski lifts open and close?
A: The ski lifts open at 9am and the last lift goes up the mountain at 4pm.
Q: How much is it to hire skis/snowboards?
A: Ski/Snowboard Rental is 11 Euros per day.
Q: Can I hire ski clothing?
A: No, you will need to bring your own ski clothing.
Q: Are helmets and goggles included?
A: No. Helmets can be hired (about 3 Euros per day) and goggles can be bought locally.
